Refund policy

To return an item, please email us at contact@hoopnBrand.com with your Order Number. We will issue you a Return Authorization Number, as well as a return address. The Return Authorization Number is required to complete a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

Refunds: We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will be returned to your credit card (or other method of payment) within 4-10 business days, depending on your bank.

Shipping: Except in the case where a mistake was made on our behalf, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
